By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Who We Are

Donevia is an AI-powered growth platform built for community banks and credit unions under $5B in assets. Our tools streamline lending operations, automate workflows, and improve lead conversion by combining AI technology with modern sales methodologies.

Eligibility

By using Donevia, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
You are using Donevia on behalf of an organization you’re authorized to represent
You are not located in a country or under any jurisdiction that is subject to U.S. sanctions

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You will not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the service
Use the service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s performance or security
Misuse data belonging to Donevia, its users, or other clients

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, technology, and intellectual property on the Donevia Platform are owned by or licensed to Donevia, Inc. You may not reuse or reproduce these materials without written permission.

Data & Privacy

Your use of Donevia is also governed by our Privacy Policy , which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data. By using the Platform, you consent to Donevia’s data practices.

Beta Use

If you access Donevia as a beta user or early adopter, you acknowledge:

The product is in early development and may contain bugs or limited features
You may be asked to provide feedback to improve functionality
Early Beta access is subject to special pricing, which may change upon general release

Fees and Billing

If your institution has entered into a paid agreement with Donevia, billing and subscription terms are governed by your executed service agreement or pricing package. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payments are due on a monthly or annual basis
Missed payments may result in account suspension or termination

Free trials or beta participation do not require payment unless otherwise specified.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the platform, or caused harm to Donevia, its systems, or other clients.

Disclaimers

Donevia provides its Platform “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure high availability, security, and accuracy, we do not guarantee:

Platform uptime
Accuracy or reliability of outputs
Compatibility with every third-party system or integration

You use the Platform at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donevia and its partners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amount paid by you (if applicable) in the preceding 12 months.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal changes, or operational needs. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
